These Terms of Use govern your use of toptobottompowerwashing.com (the "Site"), operated by Top to Bottom Pressure Washing, Painting & Sealing ("Top to Bottom", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Quote requests are not binding contracts

The quote forms on this site are requests for an estimate, not orders. A quote becomes a job once we've discussed the scope with you, confirmed pricing, and scheduled the work. Nothing on this site obligates either party until we mutually agree to perform a specific job.

Service area

Top to Bottom serves Northwest Georgia and Southeast Tennessee, including but not limited to Chickamauga, Ringgold, Flintstone, Fort Oglethorpe, and Dalton, Georgia; and Chattanooga, Cleveland, Hixson, Ooltewah, Red Bank, Signal Mountain, and Riceville, Tennessee. We may decline jobs that fall outside our practical service radius.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, anyone else. You agree not to:

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photos, the Top to Bottom name and logo, and the underlying code — is owned by Top to Bottom or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or republish the content without our written permission.

Third-party services

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement and Basin to process quote form submissions. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site. Service descriptions on the Site are illustrative; actual pricing is determined per job based on inspection.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Top to Bottom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not affect any work-related obligations or warranties tied to actual services we perform — those are governed by the job-specific agreement made at the time of service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Top to Bottom harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Walker County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
